CATS ORGANIZATION 'BUSY AS USUAL' DURING OFF SEASON
The Cataracts "army" of volunteers - led by President Stan Coffin - are their usual busy selves since the 2016-2017 Season finished, and the follow up Allan Cup sucess the team achieved after the CWSHL hockey season ended.
The regular weekly Bingos at the Royal Canadian Legion have been continuing, with reports that despite the awful winter weather, that fundraising weekly event has had attendance numbers up and the corresponding financial value for the team most encouraging.
The regular Tuesday Bingos will be ending at the end of May to be replaced by bi-weekly "giant Bingos" being held at the Joe Byrne Memeorial Stadium. Those Stadium Events are a big social event for people all throughout the central region and have always been a big contributer to the Team's fundraising efforts.

This Event held at the beginning of summer each year at the GF Golf Club is set for Thursday,June 22nd. The community-building value with the Cats Sponsors always makes the Event a significant part of the Cataracts year round efforts to make the team an integral part of life for the communities in the central area.
